Orthodontic Receptionist / Front Desk
Company: Legendary Smiles Orthodontics
Location: Reno, NV (Must travel to local offices, including Sparks and Carson City)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour
️ Strict Role Requirements: This position requires 3 to 5 years of orthodontic customer service experience and fluency bilingual in English and Spanish. Candidates must also have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to our local offices, including Carson City.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated orthodontic customer service experience is required.
Travel: Reliable transportation and a strict willingness to travel to our local offices, including Carson City, as needed.
Communication: Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a vibrant, welcoming personality.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
First Impressions: Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, greeting patients and families with legendary customer service.
Schedule & Coordination: Efficiently manage orthodontic scheduling, multi-line phones, and patient check-ins/check-outs across our high-energy front office.
Multi-Site Support: Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting front desk operations at our designated local clinics.
Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our clinical orthodontic assistants and doctors to ensure an excellent, timely patient experience.
