Job Description
Orthodontic Receptionist (Part-time)
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Orthodontic Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, detail oriented, and enjoys working with patients of all ages.
We are seeking someone who can manage front desk responsibilities while also being willing to cross train and assist with chairside orthodontic duties as needed.
Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Requirements
Spanish speaking (English/Spanish) preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients of all ages.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning office software.
Willingness to cross train and assist with clinical orthodontic duties.
Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred but not required.
