The Position & Schedule:
Looking for an Orthodontic Receptionist who loves working with people and is interested in learning or growing in Orthodontics. Hourly wage is based on experience.

- Orthodontic or experience is not required, but welcome.

- Hours: Every M & T, plus alternating W & Th (3days/week total, 9am-5pm).

- F-Sun CLOSED
Duties include:
Answering phones & returning emails
Scheduling patients
Verifying insurance coverage
Communicating with other dental offices
Following up with patients
Taking & posting payments
Growth avenues may include cross-training in:
Sterilizing instruments
Disinfecting
Record-taking (photos, xrays, & digital scanner)
Presenting treatment and payment options
Managing financial agreements
Submitting insurance claims
