Job Description
The Treatment & Financial Coordinator plays a critical role in the patient journey by managing all aspects of treatment planning, financial presentation, and insurance coordination. This position is responsible for ensuring patients fully understand their recommended orthodontic treatment, associated costs, and available financial options. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of explaining complex information in a clear and compassionate manner.
What you'll do:
Greet patients with a genuine, welcoming presence
Present and explain treatment plans and financial options clearly
Set up and manage payment plans, insurance verification, and billing questions
Keep patient records, scheduling, and financial documentation organized and accurate
Coordinate between clinical staff and patients to keep treatment on track
What we're looking for:
1+ years in an office, administrative, billing, or financial-coordination role (medical/dental preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills — you can explain costs and plans without making patients feel talked at
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under a busy pace
A naturally friendly, patient-first personality
Proficient in Microsoft office systems.
This is a full-time, in-office position (34–40 hours/week) and travels between our Butler, Kittanning, and Sarver offices. The schedule is as follows:
Monday – Butler 10:00am–7:00pm
Tuesday – Kittanning 10:00am–6:00pm
Wednesday – Butler 8:30am–5:30pm
Thursday – Kittanning 8:30am–4:30pm
Friday – Sarver 8:30am–4:30pm
One rotating weekday off may be available.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34.0 – 40.0 per week
