Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

We are an established, multi-location, private orthodontic practice seeking a highly motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic team player with great communication and people skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus as well as marketing and sales experience. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): **Speaking with patients about orthodontic treatment **Discussing financial arrangements **Providing a friendly and educational environment Potential administrative duties include the following: **Managing a fast-paced patient schedule/column **Tracking statistics **Patient communications **Securing appointments and insurance verification IDEAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THESE QUALITIES: **Previous experience as a treatment coordinator in an orthodontic office **Experience in customer service **Ability to work independently, accurately, and neatly **Ability to multitask and prioritize **Quick learner **Outstanding communication and organizational skills **Professional appearance with an engaging smile **Long term career-oriented mindset WHAT WE OFFER: A full time position (4-5 day workweek), uniforms, bonus systems, and benefits (retirement, paid vacation, personal time, and holidays).
