Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our practice. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment plans and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Available to work on Thursdays and Saturdays.

This role requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with dental terminology, and proficiency in office management systems.

The Treatment Coordinator will work closely with the dental team to coordinate patient care, schedule appointments, and facilitate treatment acceptance.

Duties
Act as the primary liaison between patients and the dental team, explaining treatment options clearly and effectively
Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits using electronic medical records and practice management software
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, appointment scheduling, and patient concerns.

Prepare treatment plans and present them to patients in a professional manner
Assist with front desk responsibilities, including check-in/check-out procedures and administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and practice policies
Support the dental team in administrative duties related to patient care coordination
Requirements
Prior experience in a dental office environment is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, professional demeanor
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Deal with the lead software and follow up with patients
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
