Premier Dental Center in New Braunfels is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time! In this role, you will act as a Treatment Coordinator for our ortho team a few days per week while helping our general team as a Patient Coordinator the remaining days.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
A warm, personable, and outgoing personality with a reliable, detail-oriented approach
A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive team

Schedule: Full-Time
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
Fridays Optional 8am-5pm
Saturdays (2-3/month) 8am-2pm
Compensation: $22-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
Qualifications:
1 year of previous experience as an orthodontic treatment coordinator
Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
Pay Range: USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
