Job Description

Hometown and Beaumont Orthodontics is looking for an energetic and motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to add to our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity that allows you to be part of a growing clinic with a great culture and lots of upward movement potential. At Hometown Ortho, we believe in having fun while delivering great service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Meeting with patients to discuss their treatment plans and encourage patient acceptance of the orthodontic treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions.

Work with the patient and/or responsible party to find a payment option that works for them. Going over insurance coverage, complete contract and documents.

Schedule records and start appointment, and answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance.

Provide any other tasks delegated or assigned by the Orthodontist or Leadership team.

About You:
Previous experience as a dental/orthodontic scheduling coordinator or receptionist is required.

Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills and extremely detail oriented.

Strong customer service experience, with knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients
This is a part-time to full-time position working mainly in our Edmonton and/or Beaumont location.
