Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. This vital role involves managing patient interactions, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients undergoing orthodontic care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of dental and orthodontic procedures, and proficiency with dental software systems such as Orthotrac, Orthoedge, Dolphin. Experience in Itero Scanner, Professional Orthodontic Photos, X-Rays (Lateral ceph and PAN) would be an additional benefit.

Duties and Skills
Serve as the primary point of contact for new patients, scheduling appointments and explaining treatment options,
to create an excellent new patient experience and office tour
Coordinate treatment plans between orthodontists, patients, and other dental professionals
Assist with patient intake, including gathering medical histories and verifying insurance information
Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, care instructions, and post-treatment maintenance
Manage patient records accurately using orthodontic softwares
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care with good conversion rate.

Maintain knowledge of current orthodontic techniques, materials, and industry standards
Support administrative tasks including billing, insurance claims, and follow-up communications and coordination with other dental clinic and specialist offices
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
