Job Description

Treatment Coordinator
$23–$27/hour | Full-Time | In Person | Three Locations
Hey... quick question.

Do you want a job...
or do you want to be the reason someone has an incredible experience?

We're looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic team.

First, here's what matters most to us.

You don't have to know everything on day one.

Orthodontic or dental experience is absolutely a plus, but we're also looking for the qualities that are much harder to teach.

If you're positive, organized, confident communicating with people, genuinely enjoy building relationships, and take pride in providing an exceptional experience, we want to meet you.

Skills can be taught.

Kindness, reliability, drive, and enthusiasm are much harder to teach.

What this role actually feels like
As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people a new patient and their family really gets to know.

You'll welcome patients into the practice, help guide them through their first visit, assist the doctor during new patient consultations, explain treatment and financial options, answer questions, and help families feel comfortable and confident about taking the next step.

You'll celebrate the moment someone says "Yes!" to starting treatment and help make that experience exciting.

But your impact won't stop there.

You'll also help us continue growing our practice by building relationships with referring dental offices, coordinating doctor visits and deliveries, supporting community events, and helping bring creative marketing ideas to life.

You'll become someone our patients know by name.

And someone our community and referral partners know, too.

That's a pretty great feeling.

What you'll do
Create an exceptional experience for every new patient and family
Welcome patients and help guide them through the new patient process
Assist the doctor during new patient consultations
Clearly communicate treatment recommendations, next steps, and financial options
Help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatment
Follow up with patients who are considering treatment and answer questions along the way
Schedule new and existing patient appointments
Process payments and help maintain accurate patient accounts
Answer phones and provide a warm, helpful experience from the very first call
Help keep the schedule organized and running efficiently
Coordinate doctor deliveries and visits to referring dental offices
Build and maintain relationships with referring offices and community partners
Help organize community events, patient appreciation activities, and marketing initiatives
Support administrative and clerical needs that keep the practice running smoothly
Jump in and support teammates when needed
Travel between our three locations
Who thrives here
You'll probably love this role if you are someone who:
Genuinely enjoys helping and connecting with people
Has a positive, warm, and welcoming personality
Communicates confidently and professionally
Enjoys building relationships and earning people's trust
Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Learns quickly and enjoys staying busy
Can comfortably discuss finances with patients and families
Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
Enjoys planning, organizing, and bringing ideas to life
Likes variety and doesn't need every day to look exactly the same
Wants to contribute to the growth and success of the practice
Believes an exceptional patient experience is in the little details
Is a true team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but it's not the only thing we're looking for.

We'd rather find someone with the right personality, work ethic, and potential and invest in training them than hire someone who simply checks every box on paper.

What you'll get
$23–$27 per hour, based on experience
Paid time off
Health benefits
Retirement plan
Orthodontic treatment benefits for you and your family
Training and opportunities to grow professionally
A supportive team that enjoys working together
A workplace where your ideas and contributions matter
A role where you can build meaningful relationships with patients and the community
The opportunity to make a real impact on both the patient experience and the continued growth of our practice
One last thing...

If you're looking for a job where you sit behind a desk and every day feels exactly the same, this probably isn't it.

But if you love people, enjoy building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a role where your personality and contributions genuinely matter, we'd love to meet you.

And if you're reading this thinking...
"This sounds like me, but I don't have orthodontic experience."
Apply anyway.

We're willing to train the right person.

Sometimes the best careers begin with a conversation.

Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour
Work Location: In person, with travel between three practice locations
