Job Description
Holt Orthodontics office hiring for the position of Treatment Coordinator (sales)
Want to work in a great environment with friends and meet new people? Main duties are to assist Dr. in new patient exam, explain treatment options, go over financial options, follow-up with patients to make sure everyone has a great experience at our office. Having an upbeat and engaging personality is imperative to ensure patient/parent commitment to orthodontic treatment.
Qualifications
Bubbly enthusiastic personality
Quick learner
Strong work ethic
Work with financial plans
Strong organizational & follow up skills
Sales/Treatment coordination experience a plus
Rotate between offices
