Beacon Dental Group, a proud Black-owned dental practice in the heart of Dorchester, is looking for a compassionate and experienced Orthodontist to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and treat dental and facial irregularities
Develop and manage customized orthodontic treatment plans
Fit and adjust braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Collaborate with our dental team (general dentist and specialists) to deliver comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on oral health and treatment outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
DDS or DMD degree with specialty training in Orthodontics
Board-certified (or board-eligible) in Orthodontics
Minimum of 4-7 years clinical experience preferred
Excellent communicator with strong patient engagement skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Passion for delivering high-quality, inclusive care
Available to work on Saturdays
