Part-Time Orthodontist Opportunity
Harford County, Maryland
We are conducting a highly confidential search for an experienced, patient-focused Orthodontist to join an established dental practice in Harford County, Maryland. The practice’s identity and additional details will be shared only with qualified candidates during the interview process.
Position Overview
This part-time opportunity offers a consistent alternating schedule with flexibility in selecting the specific working days:
Two days during one week
Three days the following week
Approximately 10 clinical days per month
Flexible scheduling based on mutual availability

Diagnose and treat a full range of orthodontic conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults
Provide traditional braces, clear aligners, and other appropriate orthodontic treatments
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and expectations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with referring dentists and the practice’s clinical team
Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high clinical standards
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Specialty certificate from an accredited residency program in Orthodontics
Active dental license in the state of practice
Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
