Competitive daily guarantee based on experience
Established orthodontic patient base
Existing community and referral relationships
Experienced clinical and administrative team
3–6 months of transition and mentorship available

Step Into an Established Practice
The incoming orthodontist will step into an established practice with an existing patient base, experienced support team, strong community presence and referral relationships.
The practice treats a broad mix of children, adolescents and adults using traditional braces, clear aligners and orthodontic appliances.
The office features a modern orthodontic environment, digital workflows and five operatories, along with an experienced practice manager, clinical assistants and scheduling support.
This is an opportunity to begin with the clinical platform, patients and support needed to be successful rather than having to build a practice from the ground up.
20% Ownership Opportunity
For an orthodontist interested in building long-term wealth and having a meaningful stake in the practice, this position offers the opportunity to acquire a 20% ownership interest.
The practice operates within a Dental Partnership Organization model designed to allow practices to maintain their local identity and clinical autonomy while benefiting from the resources and infrastructure of a larger organization.
The opportunity combines:
Strong current compensation
Clinical autonomy
Practice leadership
20% equity ownership opportunity
Long-term financial upside
Additional details regarding the ownership structure, valuation and pathway to partnership will be discussed directly with qualified candidates.
Compensation
The anticipated compensation opportunity is approximately $300,000–$350,000+ annually.
Compensation includes a competitive daily guarantee based on experience, with additional earning potential.
The final compensation package can be structured around the experience and background of the selected orthodontist.
Sign-on and relocation assistance are available and negotiable. Packages generally range from approximately $5,000–$10,000, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Benefits
Medical benefits
401(k)
4% employer 401(k) match

Sign-on assistance
Additional benefits based on the final employment agreement
Graduating Orthodontic Residents Are Encouraged to Apply
Completing orthodontic residency in 2026 or 2027? We want to hear from you.
This opportunity may be particularly attractive for a graduating orthodontist who wants the long-term financial upside of practice ownership while having the benefit of mentorship during the transition.
The departing orthodontist is available to provide approximately three to six months of transition and mentorship, depending on the incoming doctor's experience and comfort level.
Rather than beginning your career by building a patient base from scratch, you can step into an established orthodontic environment with an experienced team and existing patients.
Experienced Orthodontists
For an experienced orthodontist, this is an opportunity to move beyond a traditional employed position and pursue greater clinical autonomy, leadership and ownership.
The practice is prepared to discuss a compensation and ownership package based on the selected orthodontist's experience and long-term goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a DDS or DMD degree
Have completed or be completing an accredited orthodontic residency program
Be eligible for dental licensure in North Dakota
Provide high-quality, patient-centered orthodontic care
Communicate effectively with patients, parents and team members
Work collaboratively with an experienced clinical and administrative team
Be interested in building a long-term future with the practice
Have an interest in leadership and potential ownership
Both experienced orthodontists and graduating residents will be considered.
