Toothbeary Pediatric Dentistry
Location: Chesterfield, VA

Toothbeary Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated full-time Associate Orthodontist to join our thriving pediatric dental practice in Richmond, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding orthodontic practice within an established office that values exceptional patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
Our practice serves a growing community of children, teens, and families in a welcoming, state-of-the-art environment. We are looking for an orthodontist who enjoys working with pediatric patients and is passionate about providing outstanding orthodontic care while creating a positive patient experience.
Orthodontist Duties & Responsibilities:
Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans
Provide orthodontic treatment using braces, clear aligners and other modern techniques
Collaborate closely with our pediatric dentists to deliver coordinated patient care
Educate patients and parents on treatment options and oral health
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Build lasting relationships with patients and families through compassionate care
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Certificate of Orthodontics from an accredited residency program
Eligible for or currently licensed to practice dentistry in Virginia
Two to Three years of experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for treating children, adolescents, and young adults
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
