Job Description
Job Overview
Campbell Orthodontic Specialists is seeking a talented, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Orthodontist to join our growing orthodontic practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an orthodontist who wants to focus on providing excellent patient care while being part of a collaborative, growth-oriented organization. We welcome both experienced orthodontists and new graduates who are eager to continue developing clinically in a supportive environment.
Our orthodontic program is growing, and we are looking for the right doctor to grow with us. Our practice provides the operational systems, trained team, technology, marketing, and administrative support needed to allow our orthodontists to focus on what they do best—diagnosing, treatment planning, and delivering high-quality orthodontic care.
Because our patients may be seen by more than one orthodontist throughout treatment, collaboration, communication, and consistency of care are essential. We are looking for a doctor who values a team-based approach and understands the importance of working together to provide patients with a seamless experience.
What We Offer
Competitive daily compensation
Full-time or part-time opportunities available
Established and growing patient base
Strong clinical and administrative support
Experienced orthodontic assistants and team members
Modern orthodontic technology and systems
A collaborative environment with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth
The ability to focus on patient care without the administrative responsibilities of practice ownership
Opportunities to grow with an expanding orthodontic organization
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive orthodontic examinations and consultations
Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide treatment using traditional braces, clear aligners, and other appropriate orthodontic appliances
Monitor patient progress and make appropriate clinical adjustments
Work collaboratively with other orthodontists to maintain continuity of care
Provide clear and thorough clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, parents, team members, and referring providers
Maintain high standards of clinical quality, professionalism, and patient experience
Follow established clinical protocols and operational systems designed to promote consistency, efficiency, and excellent patient care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited orthodontic residency program
Eligible for or currently holds a Michigan dental license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-doctor environment
Open to continued learning, feedback, and professional development
Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,650.00 per day
Work Location: In person
