Locum Tenens Dentist Opportunity
Up to $1,800/day, PLUS hotel and transportation
Start/Schedule: ASAP (4 days/week)
Locations Available: Lexington/Elizabethtown, KY
Responsibilities:
Most offices are 80% kids and 20% adults
High volume Medicaid practices
Candidates must be comfortable seeing kids and adults
Our staffing model includes 2 Assistants and 1 Hygienist per Doctor
Must have at least two years of experience

We expect you to have the following:
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.

Must be Medicaid Credentialed
