We're seeking a Full-Time Orthodontist to join our growing team in Fayetteville, North Carolina beginning in 2026.
This is a unique opportunity to become a founding provider in a modern orthodontic practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care for children, teens, and families. Responsibilities
Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including:
Traditional braces
Clear aligner therapy
Retainers
Interceptive orthodontic treatment
Collaborate closely with Pediatric Dentists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Stay current with advancements in orthodontic techniques, technology, and digital treatment planning
Deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program
Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with children, teens, and families
Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Interest in digital orthodontics, including intraoral scanners and clear aligner systems
