EXPRESSCARE HEALTH AND SKIN CENTER in beautiful Guam, USA, is seeking a solid, capable, and hardworking Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a defined 1-year contract (with the option to renew).

The 1-Year Contract Advantages:
High-Yield Earning Potential: $140,000.00 Base + Uncapped Volume Bonuses ($150k to $175k+ real-world earning potential).

Scribe Support: Our MA scribes prep your EMR charting in real-time. You focus on patient care, review and sign your notes, and go home on time.

Clean Clinical Environment: Safe, fast-paced practice model with zero opiate involvement.

The Flow & Patient Volume:
Our clinic specializes in highly efficient, template-driven primary care.

Daily Volume Expectation: 30 patients per day (an easy 4 patients per hour with outstanding medical assistant/scribe support). This is our practice standard met daily by our entire provider team.

The Family Practice Mix: Straightforward primary care. Typical shifts consist of wellness exams, school/work physicals, minor acute illnesses (URIs, UTIs, strep, STI), women's health services, chronic disease management (Hypertension, Diabetes), weight loss and basic point-of-care diagnostics

Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) credentials.

Prior experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care settings.

Excellent communication skills, team-player mentality, and adaptability.

Experience & Skills
Outpatient Flow: Experience in fast-paced Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care.

Chronic & Acute Care: Proficient in routine Hypertension, Diabetes, URIs, and physicals.

Fast Charting: Comfortable using EMR templates and scribe support for 24-hour chart closure. Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding
Efficiency: Ability to maintain firm clinical boundaries to keep a waiting room moving.

Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine health status and needs.

Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with national standards of care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and DEA guidelines.

Utilize in-office testing and other diagnostic modalities appropriately and cost-effectively.

Use templates in Practice Fusion EMR to document patient encounters accurately.

Manage acute and chronic conditions across diverse populations, including pediatrics and women's health
Procedures: skin tag removal, warts, suturing, I&D
Please Note: This is strictly a high-volume Family Medicine role. This position does not include specialized cosmetic dermatology training, mentorship, or aesthetic procedures, unless the contract is extended to the second year.
