Overview

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
Provide restorative, cosmetic, and preventive dental treatments.
Perform procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and endodontic treatment as appropriate.
Educate patients on treatment options and oral health maintenance.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records using Dentrix software.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide exceptional patient care.
Help foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented office culture.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Active Illinois Dental License in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required.
Strong clinical skills in comprehensive general dentistry.
Excellent communication and case presentation skills.
Leadership mindset with the ability to take initiative, mentor team members, and contribute to practice growth.
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
Experience with Dentrix software is a plus.
Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.
Positive attitude, growth mindset, and strong team-oriented approach.
Position Details
Job Type: Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time Growth
Schedule: Starting at 2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase to full-time as patient demand grows.
Compensation: Competitive daily guarantee and percentage-based compensation, commensurate with experience.
