Privately own dental practice seeking an exceptional, patient-focused General Dentist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and building lasting patient relationships. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose oral health conditions
Develop and present personalized treatment plans with confidence and compassion
Provide high-quality general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions
Perform root canals and prosthodontic procedures (preferred)
Conduct Invisalign consultations and case presentations (preferred)
Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term wellness
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office teams to create an exceptional patient experience
Stay current with emerging technology and best practices in dentistry

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Colorado dental license
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Experience working in a PPO environment preferred
Experience with root canals preferred
Experience utilizing CBCT technology preferred
Invisalign experience preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $168,000.00 - $252,000.00 per year
