Hadley Family Dentistry is looking for a part-time associate dentist to join our Indianapolis team on Mondays and Fridays. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who wants a consistent two-day schedule, a strong clinical support team, and a practice culture built around excellent patient care, trust, teamwork, and making dentistry feel comfortable for every patient.

Hadley Family Dentistry is a veteran-owned, family-focused dental practice located on the south side of Indianapolis. We welcome patients of all ages, are always accepting new patients, and provide a wide range of care including general dentistry, family dentistry, restorative treatment, cosmetic dentistry, sedation dentistry, pediatric care, veneers, clear aligners, extractions, and emergency dental appointments.

Our mission is simple: create an excellent, reliable, trustworthy dental experience that positively impacts oral health. We want patients to feel cared for, respected, safe, and comfortable from the moment they walk in the door through the completion of treatment.

Office hours: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

About the Practice
Hadley Family Dentistry is led by Dr. Joseph B. Hadley, dentist and owner, who built the practice around treating patients like guests and helping them feel confident in their smiles. Our team includes experienced doctors, hygienists, expanded function dental assistants, front office leaders, and administrative support who work together to deliver a smooth, comfortable patient experience.

We are a growing, team-oriented dental organization connected with Hadley Family Dentistry, Crossroads Orthodontics, and SoBro Dental. The right dentist will enjoy working in a collaborative environment where patients come first, communication matters, and the team takes pride in doing ordinary things extraordinarily well.

What You’ll Do
As a part-time dentist at HFD, you will:
Provide high-quality general dental care for children, adults, and families
Diagnose, treatment plan, and clearly explain recommended care
Perform restorative dentistry, exams, emergency treatment, and other procedures within your clinical scope
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and respected throughout their visit
Work closely with hygienists, EFDAs, front office team members, and leadership
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all applicable clinical, ethical, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
Contribute to a positive, professional, team-first culture
Support the practice’s commitment to trustworthy care, long-term oral health, and healthy, confident smiles
Experience with extractions, endodontics, pediatric patients, cosmetic dentistry, clear aligners, implants, or sedation dentistry is a plus, but the most important fit is a dentist who is caring, dependable, ethical, and committed to excellent patient care.

Has a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Holds, or is eligible for, an Indiana dental license
Is clinically confident, coachable, and committed to continuing growth

Pay: $88,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
