Re·gen Smile Studio is a privately owned, modern dental practice in Chicago seeking a skilled, dependable, and patient-centered Associate Dentist to join our team 1–2 days per week.

This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who enjoys high-quality comprehensive care in a boutique setting and is confident performing restorative dentistry, extractions, and endodontic treatment.

Part-time: 1–2 days per week, Tuesday and other day choose W-F
Modern private practice environment

Clinical Expectations
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with:
Comprehensive exams and diagnosis
Direct restorations, crowns, bridges
Simple extractions; surgical extraction experience preferred
Root canal therapy; molar endo experience preferred
Emergency dental visits
Clear patient communication and confident treatment presentation
This is a growing office, some hygiene will be done by Doctor
Skill sets that are a bonus: cosmetic and implant procedures
What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Illinois dental license
Professional liability coverage or eligibility for coverage
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong ethics, reliability, emotional maturity, and excellent patient communication
A clinician who values quality dentistry, beautiful patient experience, and a calm team culture
Ideally looking for someone who can grow with the practice
Compensation
Competitive daily minimum guarantee
Percentage-based compensation with strong earning potential
Compensation structure: daily minimum or percentage of adjusted production, whichever is greater
Paid working interview available for the right candidate
