Greater Richmond Dentistry is a modern, fully digital and paperless private dental practice located in Chesterfield, Virginia. We are seeking an experienced, patient-centered General Dentist to join our team on Fridays.

Our practice combines advanced technology, streamlined workflows, and a strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry. We utilize Dentrix Ascend cloud-based practice management software, AI Detect imaging analysis, Voice Perio periodontal charting technology, digital radiography, panoramic imaging, AI-powered patient communication systems, and fully equipped operatories designed to support efficient, comprehensive patient care.

Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Chesterfield, VA
Compensation: Competitive daily guarantee during onboarding with opportunity to transition to a percentage-based compensation model based on production and collections

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry consistent with accepted standards of care and applicable professional guidelines, including:
Comprehensive, periodic, emergency, and limited examinations
Diagnosis and treatment planning
Restorative dentistry
Crown and bridge procedures
Simple and surgical extractions within the provider's comfort level
Endodontic treatment within the provider's comfort level
Removable prosthodontics, including dentures and partial dentures
Periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning
Management of dental emergencies
Interpretation of digital radiographs and diagnostic records
The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing comprehensive treatment plans, educating patients regarding treatment options, and working collaboratively with the hygiene and dental assisting teams to support long-term oral health.

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Virginia dental license in good standing
Current DEA registration (if applicable)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Professional liability insurance
Minimum two years of private practice experience preferred
Strong clinical skills across multiple disciplines of general dentistry
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry and high-quality patient care
Ability to maintain efficiency while providing exceptional clinical care and patient education
