Part-Time Associate Dentist — Fridays | Saturdays Optional

Location: West San Jose, CA
Schedule: Fridays required; Saturdays available if desired
Hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $900–$1,500+ per day, depending on production

We are an established, busy private dental practice in West San Jose looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team on Fridays, with the option to also work Saturdays.

We’re looking for a confident, personable clinician who provides high-quality dentistry, communicates well with patients, and is interested in developing a consistent part-time schedule with a supportive team.

Our practice has a diverse patient base, including many Mandarin-speaking patients, so Mandarin fluency is a major plus, although it is not required.

Schedule
Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (optional)
Candidates interested in Friday only or Friday + Saturday are welcome to apply
Compensation
$900–$1,500+ per day, depending on production
Additional earning opportunity for Invisalign cases
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative care, and other procedures within your clinical experience
Clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options to patients
Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care
Work collaboratively with our hygienists, assistants, and front-office team
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable professional and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Active California dental license in good standing
Strong general dentistry skills
Excellent communication and chairside manner
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
3+ years of clinical experience preferred
Mandarin fluency is a significant plus
