Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring comfort and satisfaction. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our experienced team in a modern, well-equipped environment, utilizing advanced dental technology and software.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for patient records management and treatment planning.
Perform pediatric dentistry procedures when applicable, ensuring gentle and effective care for young patients.
Take and interpret digital impressions using CAD technology for restorative procedures.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance and treatment options.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatments, and follow-up care in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to deliver seamless patient care.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license in good standing.
Experience with dental office management software such as Abel dent familiarity with Epic is a plus.
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Prior experience working in a dental office setting is advantageous.
Proficiency with CAD systems for digital impressions is desirable.
