Part-time Associate dentist (Mon/Tue/Wed)

Join our growing FFS family practice as a Part-time Associate Dentist, with the exciting potential to transition into a full-time role. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining adherence to all healthcare regulations. Part-Time Hours Available:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Future Full-Time Opportunity:
4 days per week
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy with precision and compassion.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions accurately, and develop effective treatment plans aligned with best practices.

Utilize dental software, Eaglesoft, to document medical records, treatment notes, and billing information efficiently.

Execute specialized procedures such as prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants when applicable.

Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.

Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-procedure care to foster trust and understanding.

Collaborate seamlessly with team members in a four-handed dentistry setup to optimize workflow and enhance patient experience.

Qualifications
Valid license to practice in Wisconsin - DDS/DMD
Active DEA & CPR
Strong communication and patient care skills
Skilled in performing O.S. (extractions), Endo, Prosth, ortho (invisalign) and implant
HIPAA/OSHA
Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
New grads welcome — mentoring available
Wage is TBD - compensation will be commensurate with experience
