Are you looking for a privately owned practice to join part-time? One where you can make your own treatment decisions and there's a focus on patient care rather than production? We have a rare opportunity for you to join our outstanding dental team!
Our modern office is looking for someone to provide outstanding care on Monays from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Fridays from 8 am - 2 pm to our awesome group of patients. We are fortunate to be in located in one of Charlotte's most popular, diverse neighborhoods and have a great patient base with a steady flow of new patients.
Plaza Midwood Dentistry has been voted as "Best in the Nest" by Queen City Nerve in 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024. We take pride in excellent customer service and quality patient care. If you have a strong ability to connect and educate patients while providing outstanding care, this is the job for you.
The ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, a good team player, a hard worker, punctual and flexible. Some experience in general practice would be a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply as well. Implant placement experience is preferred but not required.
Our office is fully digital, modern office with CBCT/digital pan, WaveOne Endo system, Trios wireless scanner, 3D printer, diode laser, Straumann implant system, a dedication to sterilization techniques, and an outstanding, loyal team. And we are continuing to grow!
Our office is owned by one dentist and not a corporation or DSO. You determine your appointment lengths for procedures, do your own treatment planning, and can maintain a busy production schedule.
