Part-time Dental Assistant

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary supplies
Manage patient records efficiently using Paradigm software
Communicate dental terminology clearly to patients and team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical area in compliance with health regulations
Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices
Requirements
Proven experience in dental assisting, with knowledge of dental procedures and protocols
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
Previous experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous
Certification or training in dental assisting preferred but not required
Ability to work part-time hours: Mondays 9AM -7PM, Saturdays 9AM-3PM
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
