Part-Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator

Oak Cliff Dental Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Dental Front Desk Coordinator.

Schedule
Mondays and Wednesdays
7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Temporary position available now through December 31, 2026
Potential to develop into a permanent position for the right candidate
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming patients and providing an excellent first impression
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Answering phones and responding to patient questions
Reviewing insurance benefits and treatment estimates
Clearly explaining patient portions and financial policies
Confidently requesting and collecting payment at the time of service
Maintaining accurate patient accounts
Keeping the schedule organized and helping the day run smoothly
Communicating professionally with patients, team members, and insurance companies
Our ideal candidate:
Has previous dental front desk or dental office experience
Is familiar with Dentrix
Is comfortable discussing fees, account balances, and insurance estimates
Is confident and professional when asking patients for payment
Is dependable, positive, professional, and detail-oriented
Communicates clearly and compassionately
Is comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
Enjoys working closely with a supportive dental team

Dentrix experience and previous dental experience are strongly preferred, but we are willing to consider an exceptional candidate who is eager to learn.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent two-day schedule in a welcoming private dental practice. Although the position is currently temporary, it could become permanent as our practice’s needs evolve.
