We are seeking a friendly, reliable part-time dental front desk receptionist to join our team. The position is scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with approximately one to two Saturdays per months.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, take messages
Greeting patients and assist with patients check-in and check-out
Schedule and confirm patient's appointment
Verify patients dental insurance.
Coordinate with the clinical team to help the daily schedule run smoothly.
Qualifications:
Friendly, dependable, and professional
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and data entry skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a team
Dental office experience is preferred.
