About the Role:
Simply Smiles Dental LLC is looking for passionate and skilled Part-Time Dental Hygienists to join our friendly team in West Valley City, UT! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in patients' oral health while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule in a welcoming dental environment. We are flexible on days available. BOTOX AND FILLER BENEFITS!
Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing for patients of all ages
Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and screenings
Take and review dental X-rays in compliance with safety and procedural standards
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, home care, and preventive practices
Document patient records accurately and update medical/dental histories
Collaborate with the dentist to develop and communicate individualized patient treatment plans
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with OSHA guidelines
Requirements:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Utah
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience with dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
Familiarity with dental practice management software preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule
