We're hiring a registered dental hygienist (RDH) to join our close-knit team a minimum of two days a week, with opportunity to grow into a full-time role. Your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting oral health among our patients. Our operatories are equipped with GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) machines, giving you modern tools for gentle, effective cleanings. You will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients on maintaining healthy smiles, and support the overall efficiency of our dental practice. This role offers flexible hours perfect for those looking to return to work.

Requirements
Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license, required
2+ years of dental hygiene experience is preferred, Exceptional new graduates are welcome to apply
Experience with Dentrix practice management software is helpful, but we're glad to train the right person

Responsibilities
Provide thorough, comfortable dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, polishing, and periodontal maintenance
Review patient medical histories and dental x-rays, and help build simple, personalized care plans
Work alongside our doctors and team, with the chance to learn more advanced techniques over time
Help patients feel at ease and informed about their oral health, in plain, friendly language

Pay: $60–$65 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Minimum of 2 days/week, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM — protect your afternoons, with potential to grow to full-time (4 days/week)
