Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – 1-Hour Focus, Low Stress, No Corporate Pressure
Job Type: Part-Time (Mondays & Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Hours: ~16 hours per week (with potential to expand to Wednesdays/Thursdays in the future as we grow)

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist who treats patients with a gentle touch but a thorough hand. Because our practice thrives on patient retention and trust, your interpersonal skills are just as important as your clinical scaling abilities.

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures (prophy, scaling and root planing, debridement).

Take high-quality digital X-rays.

Assess periodontal health and provide accurate, conservative treatment recommendations.

Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene techniques with a compassionate approach.

Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as required.

Accurately document patient care and treatment plans.

Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:
Valid Utah State Dental Hygiene License.

Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.

Excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic chairside manner.

Proficiency with electronic dental records. Open Dental experience is a big plus, but we are happy to train the right person!

Knowledge of standard dental hygiene coding.
