Part-time Dental Hygienist

Job Overview
Join our dynamic dental team as a Part-time Dental Hygienist, where your expertise will help create healthy, beautiful smiles! In this energetic role, you will provide top-quality preventive dental care, educate patients on oral health, and support the overall efficiency of our busy dental practice. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for and confident in their dental experience. The position is for 2 days a week. Mondays 9:00am-5:00pm. Wednesdays 11:00am-7:00pm. There is room for more hours as we continue to grow.

Duties
Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately and efficiently
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
Assist with patient examinations by documenting medical histories and current dental concerns
Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker dental management software
Ensure the sterilization and proper handling of dental instruments and equipment in compliance with safety protocols
Experience
Previous experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a fast-paced dental office setting is preferred but willing to train for right person.

Strong understanding of dental terminology ensures precise documentation and communication
Excellent customer service skills to create a positive patient experience from check-in to checkout

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
