Barsoum Dental Upland is looking for a caring, patient, and welcoming hygienist to join our growing team. This is a part-time position. Our office is an exciting place to work, never boring, with a team of strong, experienced professionals who value teamwork and like to have fun.

Duties and Functions
Collect medical and dental histories from patients
Chart dental conditions based on the dentist's observations and evaluations
Sterilize dental instruments and tools
Instruct patients of all ages on proper dental hygiene and care
Take X-rays of patients' teeth and develop them for dentist's use
Provide chair-side assistance during dental procedures
Requirements
Registered Dental Hygienist License
Excellent verbal communication skills
Availability to work overtime, including weekends
Experience working with children preferred
Basic understanding and knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules
