Job Description
Elite 360 Dental is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Hygienist with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care to join our outstanding team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced private prosthodontic practice.
As part of our growing team, you will work closely with our doctors and staff to provide exceptional patient experiences and high-quality dental care. Schedule
Tuesday and Thursday (7–10-hour shifts with paid lunch) with opportunity to become full time in the near future

Qualifications
3+ years of dental hygiene experience preferred
Active Florida Dental Hygiene License
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and patient care
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of our team
Periodontal experience is a plus
Experience working with medically or dentally complex patients is a plus
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal dental care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, polishing, fluoride applications, and other hygiene services as indicated.
Perform thorough patient evaluations by reviewing medical and dental histories, taking vital signs, and assessing current oral health to support individualized treatment planning.
Obtain and document diagnostic information, including dental X-rays, intraoral photographs, and CT Scans.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, periodontal health, and post-treatment recommendations to support long-term oral health.
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, including clinical documentation and treatment notes, in accordance with HIPAA requirements and electronic dental record systems such as Dentrix.
Follow established infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, OSHA guidelines, and sterilization procedures to maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment for patients and team members.
Compensation commensurate with experience, clinical expertise, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care while working well within our team.
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
