Part-Time Dental Receptionist
Company:
Location: 2929 Barnet Hwy #2310, Coquitlam, BC (Located directly inside Coquitlam Centre Mall, right by the Coquitlam Central SkyTrain station)
Compensation: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour (Determined based on your depth of experience)
Job Type: Part-Time
Our Schedule & HoursWe are looking for a reliable team player to cover our key operational hours. Evening availability is a must for this role.
Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Fridays: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Occasional/As-needed)
Statutory Holidays: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Occasional/As-needed)

How You'll Make an Impact
Manage the Front Desk: Warmly welcome our patients, handle check-ins/check-outs, and answer phone calls or emails.
Optimize the Schedule: Keep our dentists and hygienists running seamlessly on time through strategic appointment scheduling.
Coordinate Billing & Claims: Process payments, submit insurance claims accurately, and explain treatment plans clearly to patients.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
Dental Experience: Previous dental office reception experience is strictly required. You must be fully confident navigating dental terminology, codes, and patient files.
Training Background: Canadian-trained dental professionals only.
Availability: Flexible and fully committed to working the designated evening shifts, occasional Fridays, and scheduled stat holidays.
Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to match our welcoming team vibe.
