Join Our Dental Family!
Our small dental office in the Garden Home area of Portland is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as a Part Time Dental Receptionist.
No dental experience? That's okay! We're happy to train the right person.
What matters most to us is finding someone who is kind, organized, eager to learn, and enjoys helping people. We have a small, supportive team, and many of us have worked together for nearly 20 years. We're proud of the family like atmosphere we've built and are looking for someone who will become a valued part of it.
As the first person our patients see and speak with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and helping our office run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Greet patients and help them feel welcome
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Assist patients with forms and office paperwork
Verify insurance information and process payments
Help keep the schedule organized and the office running smoothly
Learn the ins and outs of a dental practice with support from our experienced team
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Friendly and personable
Reliable and punctual
Organized and detail oriented
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
Looking for a long term opportunity and a place to grow

Part time schedule (approximately 25 hours per week)
