We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized part-time Dental Receptionist to join our modern and growing dental practice. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who can provide a high level of patient care and keep our front desk running smoothly.

Key Requirements...

Experience with Abeldent software (if you are a strong candidate but lack experience, we are happy to provide training);
Dental terminology;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities...

Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience;
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations;
Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries clearly and efficiently;
Process payments and manage billing (insurance & non-assignment);
Maintain accurate patient records;
Coordinate effectively with the clinical team;
Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations.

What we're looking for...

Previous experience as a dental receptionist preferred;
Experience in a dental clinic environment is an asset;
A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills;
Strong computer skills and willingness to learn dental software;
Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional;
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy clinic environment.
