Dental insurance breakdowns
Check text messages, emails
Send Patient referrals
Recalls
Skills
Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for patients.
Proficient in using Cleardent or similar dental practice management software.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
Fulfilling part-time career as a Dental Receptionist
