We are a friendly, team-oriented dental office looking for a part-time team member to support our front desk operations.
We welcome applications from:
Experienced Dental Receptionists with a background in dental settings

Part-Time Schedule:
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Every Other Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Every Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Role Overview:
Welcome and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance details
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate daily schedules with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Experience as a Dental Receptionist in a dental office
Strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills
Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
Experience with dental software (e.g., Tracker) is an asset
