Job Description
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must:
Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in the dental office environment
Proficiency with AbleDent software is a definite advantage, with training available prior to starting
Help with recalls, billing, insurance, breakdowns, and the overall management of the schedule.
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
Someone with strong skills like multi-tasking, communication and problem solving.
A professional, people person and very outspoken.
A team player, friendly attitude, and fast learner.
Fluent in English and preferably in Spanish and Portuguese.

Part-time hours: 20-30 hours per week
Salary: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
7 hour shift on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are needed. The days are flexible.
