Practice Dentistry Without the Production Pressure
What if you could enjoy practicing dentistry, set your own schedule, and help shape the next generation of dental assistants, all without production quotas or pressure to rush through appointments?
The American Institute of Dental Assisting is seeking Arizona-licensed dentists to perform dental procedures in our educational clinics while mentoring students who are preparing to enter the dental profession.
Our clinics offer a fun, positive, and low-pressure environment where procedures are intentionally slowed down so students have the opportunity to ask questions, develop their skills, and gain meaningful hands-on experience.
If you enjoy teaching, mentoring team members, or simply want a rewarding way to give back to the dental profession, all while making income this is an opportunity to make a lasting difference.

Unlike a traditional private practice, our clinics are designed for education.
No production quotas
No pressure to increase treatment
Procedures are intentionally scheduled at a slower pace, allowing students the time they need to learn proper techniques and assist effectively.

Compensation
$325 for a 3-hour clinic
Mileage reimbursement available for dentists traveling from outside the local area.
Flexible Schedule
You choose the days that work best for you. We schedule around your availability.
Typical clinic sessions include:
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Additional opportunities may become available based on your availability.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Arizona Dental License
Professional Liability Insurance
1 year of general dentist experience
