Job Description
Dentist (Part-Time / Independent Contractor)
Location: Elizabethtown, KY (including surrounding communities)
Schedule: 2x per month up to 2–3 days per week (Weekdays, based on availability and willingness to commute)
Compensation: $900 per visit ($100+/hour equivalent)
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
About The Opportunity
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dentist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Elizabethtown, KY and surrounding communities.
This is a clinic-based role where you'll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.
If you're looking for meaningful, mission-driven work with schedule consistency — without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice — this opportunity offers flexibility and strong clinical support.
The Setting
This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.
Clinic staff are on-site full time
Organized scheduling and patient flow
Coordinated, team-based care environment
Value-based model focused on seniors
We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality dental care.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in aging populations
Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting
What Makes This Different
This is not a high-volume rotating model.
Our dentists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location.
We emphasize:
Quality over volume
Consistency and predictability
Administrative and logistical support
Long-term clinic partnerships
Ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Active Kentucky dental license
Experience treating senior populations preferred
Strong clinical judgment and chairside manner
Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
No nights
No weekends
No billing or administrative responsibilities
