Part-Time Dentist

Job Overview:
Seeking an Indiana-licensed Dentist to provide quality dental care to veterans, with a focus on geriatric and medically complex patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and denture care.

Treat age-related conditions such as dry mouth, root caries, and periodontal disease.

Review portable X-rays and create personalized oral-care plans.

Coordinate with medical/nursing staff regarding medications and patient care.

Follow CDC, OSHA, HIPAA, CMS, ISDH, and VA guidelines.

Educate caregivers on proper oral hygiene for residents with cognitive or physical limitations.

Requirements:
Active, unrestricted Indiana Dental License
DDS/DMD from an accredited institution
Current CPR certification
Strong general and geriatric dentistry experience
VA/military/FQHC or disability-care experience is a plus.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
