Job Description
March Dental Care is an established, privately owned general dental practice in Stockton, California. We are looking for a skilled, compassionate Endodontist to join our team on a part-time basis, initially 1–2 days per month.
Our practice serves PPO and fee-for-service patients only. We are committed to high-quality, patient-centered dentistry and believe in providing a comfortable, professional environment for both our patients and providers.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Endodontist looking to add a few productive clinical days to their existing schedule while developing a long-term relationship with a growing private practice.
What We Offer
Flexible scheduling: 1–2 days per month, with the ability to coordinate days around your existing commitments.
PPO and fee-for-service patient base: No HMO or Medi-Cal patients.
Established general dental practice: Opportunity for internal referrals and coordinated specialty care.
Modern technology: CBCT imaging, digital radiography, and digital treatment-planning capabilities.
Supportive team: Experienced clinical and administrative staff to assist with scheduling, patient coordination, and daily operations.
Clinical autonomy: We value independent clinical judgment and quality patient care.
Growth opportunity: Potential to increase clinical days as patient demand develops.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat endodontic conditions.
Perform root canal therapy, including molar endodontics.
Perform retreatments and other endodontic procedures within the provider's scope of practice.
Collaborate with our general dentists on comprehensive treatment planning.
Provide excellent patient care and communication.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree.
Completion of an accredited Endodontics specialty residency program.
Active California dental license in good standing.
Experience with molar endodontics and retreatments preferred.
Excellent clinical skills, professionalism, and patient communication.
Schedule and Compensation
We anticipate starting with 1–2 days per month, with flexible weekdays based on mutual availability and patient scheduling.
Competitive compensation will be discussed based on experience and the mutually agreed arrangement.
