Part-Time Dental Assistant – Join Our Team at Lynn Lane Family Dentistry
Broken Arrow, OK | Part-Time | Three Days per Week | Competitive Pay Based on Experience
Lynn Lane Family Dentistry, led by Dr. Valerie Holleman, is a privately owned, patient-centered practice seeking a dependable, positive, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.
This is a part-time position working three days per week alongside the doctor. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a consistent schedule, enjoys advanced dentistry, takes pride in excellent patient care, and is looking for a dental home where their contributions truly matter.

Position Details
Part-time position
Three clinical days per week
On-site in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
Daytime schedule
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Exact days and hours will be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during restorative, cosmetic, surgical, implant, and other clinical procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment
Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral scans
Maintain excellent infection-control and sterilization standards
Educate patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visits
Anticipate the doctor’s needs and help appointments run efficiently
Accurately document treatment and clinical information
Support preventive and hygiene-related patient care as needed
Help maintain organized, clean, and fully stocked treatment rooms
Work collaboratively with the entire team to provide an exceptional patient experience

Preferred Qualifications
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
Experience with digital radiography
Experience assisting with restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, oral surgery, implants, and cosmetic procedures is a plus
Experience with intraoral scanning and dental technology is a plus
Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment
Current permits, certifications, or qualifications required for assigned duties under Oklahoma regulations

Three-day-per-week schedule - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:35 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional Tuesdays

Paid Working Evaluation Period
Finding the right fit is important for both our practice and the person joining our team.
Final candidates will begin with a paid one- to two-week Working Evaluation Period. During this period, the candidate will work our normal clinical schedule and be paid for all hours worked.
This gives the candidate an opportunity to experience our team, office culture, expectations, clinical workflow, and patient-care philosophy. It also allows our practice to evaluate clinical skills, communication, dependability, initiative, adaptability, and overall team fit in a real working environment.
The evaluation period is intended to help both parties determine whether the position is the right long-term fit before moving forward with continued employment.
Required employment and tax documentation will be completed before the paid evaluation period begins.
