We evaluate the entire oral and facial system—including teeth, gums, jaw bones, muscles, joints, alignment, and sleep-related concerns—to provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning. The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Part-Time Dental Hygienist who shares our commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence. While our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM, we offer flexibility to accommodate the right candidate's part-time schedule. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hygiene services and educating our patients on optimal oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, oral cancer screenings, and radiographic imaging.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventative care, and the importance of their overall oral health in relation to systemic well-being.
Collaborate with our doctors and the dental team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EagleSoft.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Current and active Nebraska Dental Hygiene License is required.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
