Job Description
Who We’re Looking For:
An exceptional General Dentist who:
Thrives on patient education and trust-building.
Is comfortable with intraoral scanning, 3D imaging, and explaining findings on-screen.
Embraces transparent communication and make patients feel confident about treatment.
Open to feedback and committed to lifelong learning
Dental implant and/or endodontics experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient understanding and comfort.
Collaborate closely with hygiene, specialty, and admin teams to deliver seamless multi-specialty care.
Create personalized plans for patients with complex treatment needs.
Maintain accurate, timely digital records and communication.
Foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, and constant improvement.
Requirements:
DMD or DDS degree and valid Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility to obtain within 2 weeks).
2+ years of clinical experience required; Residency training is a plus.
Proficiency (or strong interest) in digital dentistry: intraoral scanners, 3D imaging, digital charting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of Russian/Ukranian/Spanish is a plus
Commitment to continuous learning and collaborative care.
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive daily guarantee for 2 months, then percentage of collections
Part-time schedule – Tuesdays 8:30 to 5 pm
Opportunity to take on more clinical days in the future up to full-time practice
